Intelligent Jar Capping Machine
After the conveyor has carried caps to the top, the blower blows caps into the cap track.
A cap lack detecting device controls the automatic running and halting of the cap feeder. On opposing sides of the cap track there are two sensors, one for determining if the track is full of caps and the other for determining whether the track is empty.
The error lids sensor may easily detect inverted lids. To produce a satisfactory capping effect, the error caps remover and bottle sensor operate together.
The bottle separator separates bottles from one another by varying the pace at which they move in its place. For round bottles, one separator is usually necessary, whereas square bottles require two separators.
Efficient
The bottle conveyor and cap feeder have a maximum speed of 100 bpm, allowing the machine to support a variety of packing processes.
Three pairs of wheel twist caps come off quickly; the first pair can be reversed to quickly place caps in the proper spot.
Convenient
With just one button, you can change the height of the overall capping system.
The wheels can be used to adjust the width of the bottle capping track.
The cap feeder, bottle conveyor, capping wheels, and bottle separator can all be opened, closed, or changed in speed.
Change the speed of each pair of capping wheels by flipping the switch.
Easy to operate
The use of a PLC and a touch screen control system with a simple operating program makes work easier and more efficient.
The emergency stop button allows the machine to be stopped immediately in an emergency, keeping the operator safe.
