Description

Description

Description
This manual filling machine model is primarily intended for fine powder with easily spouting dust and high accuracy packing requirements. Based on the feedback signal provided by the below-weight sensor, this machine performs measurements, two-filling, and up-down work, among other things. The powder weighing and filling machine is ideal for filling additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, and other fine powders that require high packing accuracy.
The Characteristics
1. A servo motor drives the auger, and a separate motor drives the stir.
2. Siemens PLC, servo motor, and Siemens full color HMI are used.
3. Included are a load cell and a highly sensitive weighing system. Ensure very high filling accuracy.
4. There are two filling speeds: quick and slow. When the weight approaches, it slowly fills and then stops.
5. Working process: Manual put on bag → Pneumatic hold bag → Bag lift up → Fast fill → Bag descends → Weight approaches → Slow fill → Weight reaches → Stop fill → Bag release → Manual take out bag.
6. The filling nozzle plunges deep into the bag's bottom. As the bag slowly descends as it fills, the weight is less affected by inertia and is less dusty.
7. A servo motor drives an up-and-down platform, and the machine has a lift function to keep dust out.
