Note: Use rubber or latex gloves (and appropriate food-grade equipment, if necessary) during this operation.
1. Verify that the mixing tank is clean.
2. Make sure the discharge chute is closed.
3. Open the mixing tank's lid.
4. You can use a conveyor or manually pour the ingredients into the mixing tank.
Note: Pour enough material to cover the ribbon agitator for effective mixing results. To prevent overflowing, fill the mixing tank no more than 70% of the way.
5. Close the cover on the mixing tank.
6. Set the desired duration of the timer (in hours, minutes, and seconds).
7. Press the "ON" button to start the mixing process. The mixing will automatically stop after the designated amount of time.
8. Flip the switch to turn on the discharge. It can become easier to remove the products from the bottom if the mixing motor is switched on throughout this process.
