1. The position of the packing machine should be neat, clean, and dry. You should include the dust removal equipment if there is too much dust.
2. Every three months, give the machine a systematic inspection. Utilize air-blowing equipment to eliminate dust from the computer control box and electrical cabinet. Check the mechanical components to see if they have become loose or worn.
3. You may take the hopper separately to clean it, then put it back together afterwards.
4.Cleaning up a feeding machine:
- All the materials should be dumped into the hopper. The feeding pipe should be horizontally in placed. The auger cover should be gently unscrewed and removed.
- Wash the auger and clean the hopper's and feeding pipes inside walls.
- Install them with the opposite order.
