Intelligent
After the conveyor has transported caps to the top, the blower blows caps into the cap track.
A cap lacks detecting device controls the automatic running and stopping of the cap feeder. On opposing sides of the cap track are two sensors, one for determining if the track is full of caps and the other for determining whether the track is empty.
The incorrect lid sensor can readily detect inverted lids. To produce a satisfactory capping effect, the error caps remover and bottle sensor operate together.
The bottle separator separates bottles by varying the speed at which they move in their location. For round bottles, one separator is usually necessary, whereas square bottles require two separators.

The bottle conveyor and cap feeder can run at a maximum speed of 100 bpm, allowing the machine to support a variety of packing processes.
Three pairs of wheel twist caps off rapidly; the first pair can be reversed to quickly place caps in the proper position.
Convenient
With just one button, you may change the height of the complete capping system.
The wheels can be used to adjust the width of the bottle-capping track.
Change the speed of each pair of capping wheels by flipping the switch.
